By participating in the NiyatiTech Referral Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
1. Program Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Program.
- Upon successful registration and acceptance into the Program, participants will be enrolled as freelance or part-time employees of the Niyati Group.
- NiyatiTech employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

A “Successful Referral” is defined as a referred client who:
- Enters into a contractual agreement with NiyatiTech.
- Makes the agreed payment to NiyatiTech for the services provided.
- Participants must provide sufficient details of their referrals through the designated referral form (e.g., client name, contact details) for proper tracking and verification.
- All referrals must be verifiable and trackable by NiyatiTech.
- Participants are expected to share referral opportunities ethically and responsibly, avoiding spam or unauthorized solicitation.
- Referrals must not include existing clients or leads already in discussion with NiyatiTech.
- Participants can earn up to ₹2,000 per Successful Referral, depending on the referred client's contract value.

Payments will be processed only after the referred client:
- Completes the deal successfully, and
- Makes the agreed payment in full to NiyatiTech.
- 3.3. Payments will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed-upon method.
- 3.4. Any applicable taxes or charges on the incentive payment are the sole responsibility of the participant.
- Participants in the Program will be enrolled as freelance or part-time employees of the Niyati Group.
- As freelance or part-time employees, participants are not entitled to additional benefits such as paid leave, insurance, or retirement contributions.
- Participants must comply with all company policies and ethical guidelines as outlined by Niyati Group.
- Participants must ensure that their referred clients are aware of and consent to being contacted by NiyatiTech.
- Participants must not make false claims, misrepresent NiyatiTech, or guarantee any specific outcomes on behalf of the company.
- Misuse of the Program, such as providing false client information, will result in immediate disqualification and termination of freelance/part-time employment.
- NiyatiTech reserves the right to verify all referrals and disqualify any that do not meet the Program criteria.
- This Program does not establish a legal partnership or joint venture. Participants act as independent freelancers or part-time employees of Niyati Group.
- Participants are required to keep client and company information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of the Program.
- NiyatiTech will maintain confidentiality of participant data as per applicable data protection laws.
- NiyatiTech reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any referrals submitted before the termination of the Program will still be eligible for review under the existing terms.
- In case of any disputes regarding the Program or payments, NiyatiTech’s decision will be final and binding.
- Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of Odisha & Maharashtra and settled in the courts of Baleshwar, Pune.
- By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
